This client hired eurocrete to improve their industrial floors which had not been adequately completed by another floor company in the past.

Our extensive experience in providing durable floors to pharmaceutical facilities allowed us to recognise that an incorrect floor coating had been previously used and poorly prepared. To remedy this, we shot blast the floors to remove the failed coating.

We then lay eurocrete HF which is a 1/4″ thick heavy duty polyurethane-based floor. It is impervious to almost everything making it ideal for use in the pharmaceutical industry where heavy equipment, chemicals and cleaning products are regularly used.

All curbs were coated with eurocrete WR, a trowel applied wall and coving solution, to ensure the curbs had the same protection against damage as the eurocrete HF applied floors. eurocrete WR is extremely strong and recommended for areas where impact pressure can be expected.

To finish all eurocrete HF floors and eurocrete WR coated curbs, we applied a polyaspartic top coat. Not only does this add an extra layer of protection but it also provides colour. This pharmaceutical facility had a lot of small rooms so we enhanced these spaces by injecting some colour to brighten its appearance. It is available in a number of colours providing style orientated clients with options to suit their taste. The added bonus of the polyaspartic top coat is that is doesn’t discolour over time.

Our industrial flooring products were applied to just under 30,000 sq. ft. of space. eurocrete is able to work on facilities ranging from a few thousand square feet in size to hundreds of thousand.
